Background
Armstrong Systems, based in Hong Kong, is an international marketer of software targeting the software development professional and information technology professional in both government and private sectors. The Company operates principally, through four distribution channels -- Internet, direct sales, telemarketing and fax broadcasting. Internet sales encompass the Company's international web sites.

The Company was founded in 1986 as a distributor of Clipper third-party libraries and several magazines including Data Based Advisor. On July 1, 1992, Armstrong was an exclusive distributor for Computer Associates products. Thereafter, we have been expanding our product ranges to meet the growing demands of a wide spectrum of clients with more emphases in Advantage Database Client/Server technology, Xbase++, Clipper, Delphi, Visual Basic, Visual C++, Perl, ASP,…etc.          

In 2000 Armstrong Systems devotes more resources in pursuing the following goals:

·        Increase our worldwide visibility through our in-house website technology research & development

·        Working closely with our China market partners

·        Buy a small software development house in the United States

·        Attract venture capital to help us accelerate our growth
